Calculate 150 settlements at the current settlement rate, then do the math and you come up with about $.25/share based on cash only...still not qualifying for the big board but certainly a company transformed with options for directing its future.

For penny stocks, EDIG holds more promise than most. Granted the parameters today are different than 12 years ago, but an upside move is probable, depending on how management guides the company.

Buying other undervalued, small companies can be accomplished with cash , stock or a combination.
