It appears that from your good analysis that this judge had her brains where proctologist examine. I stated from the outset that something smells here. Even her statement hedges on the decision she makes.

It would not be the first time that judges were gotten to. The sell is bad. To remove from ones discussion that EDIG is "NOT" an analoge and hope that people will see it her way borders on deciet and curruption. This is not just some mistake, this is blatent.
