I think we need to cut the company a break here. This is a severe body blow. They thought, as did most on this board, that the decision would be favorable.

The next move will determine the fate of this company. Give them the space they need to think clearly, without unwarranted pressure.

They filed the 8-K fulfilling their obligation to disclose a material event. No way was that meant to take the place of a PR . Besides, it's too early to expect that. Lot's of decisions to be made.
