In any settlement there is a winner and a loser. The loser of coarse does not want anything said that will effect his share price and so he pushes for a NDA about the sellement.

The winner if you want to call it such , especially in the case of EDIG needs any kind of setllement and plays the game.

It was no different when they went into the socalled partnerships where NDA's were the order of the day and proved to be detrimental to EDIG sice most of those partnerships are the ones that are being sued today.

Fool me once shame on you, but fool me twice--- its tme for blood. Its a sharks world and it time for EDIG to get at least one big bite. I personally have been waiting 12 years and its time. Either S--t or get off the pot time. Sorry but thats my opinion about this.
