The clerks discuss the evidence with the judge and they get the preliminary views of the judge. They write the decision according to the instuctions and continuously meet with the judge to check whether they follow the instuctions. They revise any points that the interim discussions may have unearthed and write the decision. The judge reads, approves or requests more revisions and after that he/she signs the decision. All this takes place in close consultation with each other.
