without re-reading SS's notes, I believe that the following was read into the record by Woody Norris..... the back of the flashback to the effect of "norris communications" us and foreign patents pending......norris communication is the prior corporate name to e.digital....the patents that we refer to now as the flash R patents are actually referred to as the "Norris Patents" in the atty client agreement on file with the sec.... i would refer all back that sec filing, march 07 i believe....the DM atty's are fully prepared for compensation in the event of cross licencing revenue or a buyout....specific terms are in their contract.
