I did not read negativity into your post. I did not mention $24.50.

I believe the Flash-R patent portfolio that was litigated to settlement a year and a half ago is unrelated.

In earlier press releases the company has even mentioned this new area of IP as beyond the Flash-R portfolio.

I guess you could call the company and pose the question.
