I think he may exercise his 325,000 share option at $.09 in January if he has the extra money to spend, he does get a nice amount equal to 6 months salary in January.

I don't see him buying the 250k since the price is $.155, no reason to b uy at a loss.

He has 30 days from his departure of Dec 15, 2010.
