It means the parties are heading toward the Markman Hearing on 28 Jan 11. See opening paragraph from Doc 314 below. They've jointly submitted this proposed Scheduling Order and each party hopes the judge will approve their particular scheduling proposal identified in the doc.

This Amended Scheduling Order is intended to supersede the previous Scheduling Order
for Markman Issues entered by the Court on April 15, 2010 (Dkt. No. 277). This Amended
Scheduling Order incorporates the provisions of the Scheduling Order for Markman Issues that still are in effect and adds deadlines and limitations related to general discovery and other matters in this action.
