I'm not confused...at least I don't think I'm confused. LOL

Frederick P. Fish died in 1930, not 1933. I posted this info for the first time today.
Why do you think Mark Fischer was most likely the defense lawyer for AAPL when there are 352 attorneys and 173 principals at Fish & Richardson? By the way, what exactly is a "principal"? Is it another way of saying "partner"?
Of course it's certainly possible Mr. Fischer is helping with the case outside of the courtroom but he is not an attorney of record in the case. Because I don't have any evidence that he isn't assisting, doesn't make me believe he is.

Bottom line is we have a great team in DM and I have full confidence in their abilities. I don't want to even think about where we'd be without them.
