“Due to increasing Flash-R and new IP-related activity, and the expected timing of material events related to new business developments, we will hold our next meeting of stockholders in February,” concluded Falk.
It’s safe to say the material events FF is talking about will be positive events for the company and its shareholders. They wouldn't be forecasting adverse material events months down the road given their reference to new business. Next six months are going to be exciting IMO.
