It's difficult to measure the impact of new developments such as product/technology and patents being submitted as they may relate to any new investment in that they are future oriented, results are yet to be determined.
Agreements under discussion or partnerships under consideration, perhaps agreed to but yet to be signed are actionable and can immediately show results which would impact the company performance.
One possibility in attracting significant investment interest to include microcap funds would probably require an agreement with an industry leader and include considerable product sales, worldwide.
I doubt an acquisition is in the current plan as the Markman and/or results are not known, therefore we have no idea of the future funds available for this kind of venture.
On the other hand, a merger with a recognized CE leader may indeed spark interest in the entire investment community, and could very well be with on the present infringement list.
As you say, an endless number of possibilities for us to contemplate before the year end.
