are going for the markman. We are going to find out what we have and move on one way or another. A win and we move substantially higher very quickly. A loss and, well, at least we would know where we stand. I think the fact that no prior art has been discovered and the recent discovery ruling are indicators of the strength of our case. But you know better than I the vagaries of the legal process. We could feel we won the case and get jack slapped with the final ruling. After 11, or is it 12, years I am ready for some finality.
