No, I don't remember seeing any reference to treble damages but we have asked for:

Awarding to Plaintiff such monetary or compensatory damages as may be found or deemed adequate
Awarding to Plaintiff its costs
Awarding to Plaintiff such other, further or general relief as this Court may deem proper

(From CO 19 Doc 01, page 15, Prayer for Relief)

The identical language was in Doc 01 of the Vivitar case and the TX 7 case.
