Yes, there is a ton of cash sitting on the sidelines, which bodes well for the merger and acquisition mind set.

No doubt EDIG is a growing concern to an increasing number of companies and presents as an undervalued play with potential. It is likely considerations such as that would come after the Markman unless their legal counsel deems otherwise after looking at DM's presentation.
