I'm expecting a mix of both, both pre and post Markman settlements. I'm sure some of the smaller players with minimal warchests will opt out earlier to avoid the risk of what a Markman could bring to their door step.

Does NOKIA really want us to dissect their sales numbers for the past 16 years, as well as their projected sales numbers for the next 4-6 years?

I'm looking for our first +$20 million settlement to attract that significant new investor interest but I have no idea how high is high.
