What do you think the encryption patent pending if approved could be valued at in a buyout? If this is approved and turns out to be the better mouse trap that all the CE companies must have, does it raise the bar for a bid to buy us?

Would one of the giants want to own that patent?

I agree the math may not warrant over 3 bucks as you have felt for some time, but these acquisitions being made for 40 - 60% over fair value makes me wonder?

If the "elements" etc and a Markman ruling in our favor took the pps to $3 on it's own, and THEN we received a tender offer at 40% above, looking at $4.20, and 60% $4.80.
