At .09, with what's on the table regarding EDIG's IP monetization efforts at a stage when they are about to leap forward, EDIG looks like an attractive take over candidate.

No debt, cash on hand, DM's legal action well into the process...not to mention the resurrgence of M&A activity in this market environment and I would not be surprised to see a suitor or two step up.
