I would think there would be a PACER filing from the parties if an agreement was reached so the Court would reconsider it's order that discovery go forward. Not certain if no PACER filing definitely means no agreement. There's never an attorney around when you need one! LOL

I'll be checking throughout the day for anything new on PACER.
