A friend once said and he was involved with the judicial system that ones inocence has nothing to do with justice. The fact that people who are ignorant of the law say's that you guilty or innocent is all that matters.

She is a judge and based on her judgement she can decide an issue, If she is wrong then there are courts of appeal. Lets hope that she has what it takes to ejudicate this based on law and not a feely feely thing. If the patent laws have any meaning , lets hope that they ejudicate this based on the law and the patents that were issued to EDIG and to Woody.

We can be so right in this and yet all of us has seen things that have gone wrong. Lets all hope that the judge got this right.
