Gil my post wasn't really targeted at you. It was just in general. I do believe a Samsung take over is possible. I think the timing of the settlement is important because in my opinion the business year begins the first week of Sept. The relatively low volume and relatively lack of huge swing in share price points to a 5-15 million dollar settlement and possibly a cross licensing agreement. My cynical nature as stated before points to the fact that there is always a certain amount of insider trading and the lack of volume does not point to a take over or a relatively huge monetary gain for edig. However maybe the insiders are just dipping their feet in little by little so as not to end up on 20/20, Dateline or American Greed.
