Pretty much...I also said, if this effort does not happen at this time, we march on...

If there is an offer, Samsung feels they might get a cheaper price point without a Markman ruling...The way things look to me, I do not feel a settlement includes a tender offer of any kind.

I wonder what the frustration point of management and our largest share holder is?
