Looking at the 2015 Information Circular, I see that AE has 500,000 un-exercised options at .60, that expire Dec 23rd, 2015.

Tom Mustapic has 150,000 as well at the same price and expiry date.

If they both exercise, (because they are "in the money" right now) that would be $390,000 cash in the coffers before year end, almost trippling current cash position and.... a very big vote of confidence from management as to the short (and long) term prospects of the company.
