Looking at the 2015 Information Circular, I see that AE has 500,000 un-exercised options at .60, that expire Dec 23rd, 2015.

Tom Mustapic has 150,000 as well at the same price and expiry date.

If they both exercise, (because they are "in the money" right now) that would be $390,000 cash in the coffers before year end, almost trippling current cash position and.... a very big vote of confidence from management as to the short (and long) term prospects of the company.

July 15th is 45 days from June 1st

We await with baited breath, for the PEA technical report to be filed some time in the next 8 days but will that really be the Nirvanna that we are seeking? Somehow I doubt it.

It more likely, will result in more navel gazing than I think I am up for.

All the 'axe grinders' will come out from under the stones they have been biding their time beneath and use every nuance they can squeeze from the technical language to bolster their version of "the truth".

But we know that "Price is truth" and as Jack Nicolson once said, "You Can't Handle the Truth" and I think he is right.

We need some action and I don't just mean the PEA being filed.

I think I am going to tune out for the Summer. Wake me at $20.00

Sayonara, for now..

Re: Automotive LIB Supply Chain and US Competitive Considerations

Er...Did I miss something here...? Not quite sure what you mean.

I didn't realize there had been a movement to go somewhere else. (I mean, where would you go?)

I did see a silly post earlier today from someone who had joined today, that purported to speak for everyone here. I flagged it as inappropriate and got a message that it had already been flagged.

Hits imaginary IGNORE button, and carries on!

Re: Automotive LIB Supply Chain and US Competitive Considerations

Hi Jimmer, Good catch, again!

Interesting 'take aways' from the presentation.

Surprising to see "over capacity" in current (NoPunIntended) global production of LIBs right now but should be taken care of by high predicted demand rate.

Really surprised to see that a Tesla battery pack is comprised of 18650 battery cells typically used in Consumer Electronics applications instead of larger format cells typically used in automotive applications. That can't be 'cost effective'.

A statement that in the Automotive LIB Manufacturing Value Chain, processed materials are considered Critical to Quality (CTQ), meaning the materials’ purity greatly influences overall cell performance and production yields.

These are $14,870 per Metric Ton for natural graphite and $18,000 per MT for Synthetic!

I'd 'infer' that puts ZEN in a pretty good light!

Thxs again!

Re: Tesla partners with Dalhousie U for battery res...Nice quote ZEN?

Not to be a downer here but the story also said this expert's area of expertise was

"One of his areas of expertise is in silicon anodes, rather than the commonly used graphite, which is more expensive."
