I asked MF about the future of WWF his reply ( couple days ago);
Winfield has made application to build, own and operate several new refineries in North Africa. We are in the negotiation stage with the responsible Authorities. Winfield will issue News Releases when it is in receipt of documentation confirming a material change has taken place. We remain positive due to meetings attended, presentations given and encouraging correspondence.

I had several other e-mails with MF (SK Engineering & Construction and financing), but the email above sums all the conversation up.
In a previous ( 2 or 3 days ago) email he also said:
