18.5% is a pretty high percentage in any company.

NL do you think that there is a motive here for controlling so much of an issue?

Gaining over 3% since the last report (when?) and this is as of Feb 28. Not sure if WEL is in play, but if WEL were to actually get a very favourable drill result, there could be an offer.

A little research on IG Investment shows that they are Investors Group, I don't know what their strategy might be in controlling this much of the issue, but if they are buying the financings to gain more of the issue, this suggests to me stability.

Does anyone have any knowledge of IG here?
