Haven't posted on this one for a long time, just saw the news release on the takeover.

I am selling. Going to lock in some profit while I can. Nice to get a win for once, not like the SGR fiasco.

Klodex has purchased this mine for a song. They look like survivors and may have a good shot at reviving the mine. They are targeting 60,000 to 100,000 oz per year with a new mine plan.

Going to be interesting to see if they can get back to producing this mine by the end of 2016.

That mine needs a lot of work and a new mine plan. The mill will be a nice addition, which is about the value of the purchase price.

Hopefully there is some synergies to be found.

This company has it all going for it, except the POG. In due time, they will have it all.

Patience is the key for this stock.
