As one can easily see there is great latitude given to extend wts from market regulation.
Thus the wt extension for WEL's 20 MM upcoming wts expiry is solely at the descression of managment..... a decission to not extend these wts would make it much easier to accept any offer made by another Jr such as SKP or even SGR to absorb the WEL portfolio.
There could be others that might wish to take a run at WEL from the base metal side.... VMS, RCR and others might like to aquire some of the base metal properties to strengthen their Manitoba plays.

IBC ADVANCED ALLOYS EXTENDS WARRANTS AND GRANTS OPTIONS
IBC Advanced Alloys Corp. has amended the terms of warrants issued pursuant to a private placement announced in Stockwatch on April 18, 2007, and May 30, 2007. The company will extend the expiry date of warrants to purchase 6,834,832 common shares from May 29, 2010, to May 29, 2012. All other terms, including the warrant exercise price of 29 cents, remain the same.
Additionally, the company has granted incentive stock options to directors and officers of the company, as well as to the senior management and certain key employees of IBC and its wholly owned operating subsidiaries, Nonferrous Products Inc., Freedom Alloys Inc., Specialloy Copper Alloys LLC and Beralcast Corp., for the purchase of an aggregate of 4.31 million common shares of the company at an exercise price of 17 cents each until April 30, 2015.
