As at March 31, 2010, there is a net decrease of 1,807,060 in the holdings of common shares (the "Common Shares") and no change in the holdings of warrants (the "Warrants") of Tyhee Development Corp. (the "Issuer"). Such decrease together with an
increase in the aggregate number of currently issued and outstanding shares have resulted in an aggregate net decrease of 2.5% in the Offeror's securityholding percentage.
As at March 31, 2010, the Offeror exercises control or direction, on behalf of accounts fully managed by it, over 20,178,144 Common Shares and 10,000,000 Warrants of the Issuer. Based on the number of currently issued and outstanding Common Shares (as reported by the Issuer), and assuming the exercise of the Warrants, the Offeror exercises control or direction over 13.0% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares.
