Crow, Those numbers you posted are close to the August 7,2011 targeted.ca report. There, it shows 19,678,144 TDC shares reported by Sprott Asset Management LP on 31Nov2010.

So, it would seem nothing changed from late November 2010 to August 7th last year. Now to find out what happened in the last five months since August.
