Hi folks, I've read several posts talking about a vote.

There is no vote!

You simply choose to tender your shares to Cliffs or not. Most poeple don't tender as it takes a few weeks to get your money. Most shareholders will sell at 18.5 to the arbitragers who will take the 1/2 cent profit and sell to Cliffs through the tender procces. I wouldn't be surprised to see Cliffs extend the tender deadline Monday or Tuesday to give shareholders an oportunity to sell into the market.

Those shareholders that hang on could be forced to take the tender amount if Cliffs manages to secure enough share to take a majority.

Think about it this way. If you don't like Cliffs and they end up putting their own BOD and management in place......will you hang on to get.....What?

This is done ......you really needed to get the consolidation to have won more $...........and as Snug said.....You can get upset or you can move on to other oportunities.

Comes down to whether your here for the entertainment or your here to make money.
