one little (or not so little) clue that Cliff is not sure that they will have 66 2/3 % or ebeven the 50.1 % is that the outside PR firm of Cliffs was calling SPQ shareholders late into friday ,even after the NR was out. It appeared that they were not confident that even shares would be tendered. As I see it, 50.1 % would give Cliff control,BUT they need 66 2/3% to meet the terms of their offer proposal.
