Well, this sucks. I would like to know how the proxy voting on the merger had been going up to this point. As fara as I am concerned, once that offer was presented to the shareholders, who had voted on it, then it should have been left to go to the meeting. As minority shareholders, where does this BOD get to decide what is in the best interest of the shareholders?

Would be interesting to see how much NN and the other BOD got on side deals to recommend this crappy bid.

But, the story may still not be over. Unless Cliff gets 50.1% by 6th July, then their bid will still fall through.
