Nope. You won't influence the OSC by sending anything to them. I think the issue is moot, in any case. I can't imagine that the Spider BoD would declare that the Cliffs offer was not a permitted bid. Cliffs has presented a solid case for getting a cease trade order on the SRP, but they have also provided a compelling case as to why the SRP is of no effect. Thus, the issue is moot. They're just being thorough, IMHO.

My advice to anyone is not to bother reading anything over at Stockhouse. There is more misinformation there than I care to even begin to try and correct.
