"What about KWG ? are they not more diluted thanSPQ"

Several posters have noted the extent to which KWG and SPQ are tied at the hip. We should perhaps be noting a few points such as that there has been a definate distinction between their trading patterns of late, as well as that while KWG has a long relationship with CLF. In fact they were the first place CLF dipped their toes in the waters of ROF. CLF has representation on the BOD of KWG, and has shown with the recent PP that they intend to maintain their percentage of ownership. KWG has recently closed a huge PP and have shown no indication of a consolidation. With this recent PP closed, KWG is now in a position to continue the partnership with CLF (formerly FWR) towards further exploration of the JV properties.

The above cannot be said of SPQ. They have no relationship with CLF (at least not on the surface). They will have to raise a similar amount in the marketplace in order to maintain their ability to fund their share of future exploration expenses. There has been some obvious buying going on with SPQ, much more so than KWG.

All indications to me suggest that NN has something big in the works here, and this share consolidation is only the first step in the process. The market will give a good indication when it opens tomorrow, and nothing is going to happen before then, but I strongly suspect we are going for a ride over the next week or two, and it won't be a downhill one.

Best regards

K
