Snug I ask myself and others why come out with this SC now just before the 43 101 and at 4.11pm on friday? Could it be to intsigate panic driving SH's to sel off milions of shares only to be picked up by large share holders at a much cheeper price as a huge sel off will definately bring the price to perhaps .10 or lower? Just before the 43 101 which will insidentaly be very very good and driving prices up? We all know what the drill results are ? Lets not panic the 43 101 will be out friday April 30 at 4.11pm. Is the 43 101 not all what we are wating for oh oh yes what about being able to vote this SC plan down as before. If a large amount of shares changes hands could that not be to also try and change the vote? What about KWG ? are they not more diluted thanSPQ.
