GHDC will increase authorized shares considerably.

As for the buying, it could easily be just 1 person based on dollar amount. It's more a lack of selling as BOUTS states.

Much more than $50K of SFMI has been dumped over the past 2 weeks, so if it is lliad, they are not the only dumpers. This is friggin' disgusting and that is partly why I am now only at this station 2 hours/day....let it unfold.

So, if lliad is issued $50K worth at say .01, then can only get .07-.08 when they sell. I would suspect getting paid cash for the balance due [$150-200K?] would be preferably for them...... plus if would maintain SFMI shares outstanding.

It's all pretty messy.... and critical mass has reached its apex....pic
