A cartel is simply an international group [2 or more entities] for a specific purpose, here most possibly institutional investors. Since SFMI has overseas exposure and investors, the reference to "potential "cartel buyers" should not surprise or confuse anyone.

The I-SCUM crowd is trying to twist this. Please paste and copy the above paragraph there. My succinct posts there have earned me a "permanent ban" [for now].

Today thus far we see good SFMI support near $.03.....a great launch point if that holds as those buyers may well appear again by mid day.
