Yes, some here have a lot to learn how sentiment can punish a stock. SFMI say there was a mistake made in information exchange with the transfer agent.

So, instead of a 23% pop back up to $.04, we will see $.03 tested again as confidence is on the floor with this company.

Who knows the real truth. Simon's coming on board may have had something to do with a re-allocation between cash and shares outstanding.

With restricted shares there were only 4 million less inder "Vendor's Payable", this according to RK's dilution letter on 4/12/12.

So bottom line...yet another gaff effecting sentiment which makes the share price even more undervalued....a real steal for anyone trusting that Al Simon will get their shix together for them.....That would be me.
