Silver Falcon Mining

Here's some thoughts that have occurred to me concerning a listing on the TSX. Many think it would just be an SFMI listing in Canada but what if it was more than that? What if a JV was formed between SFMI/GHDC/? and another mining entity that provided cash and experise and they formed a "Newco" on the TSX? Or if it's just SFMI and GHDC in the "Newco"? People might say there's a lot of red tape in a new listing but I believe the fastest way to accomplish it would be to go the "blank check company" or "capital pool company" route. My opinion is that with better visibility on the TSX the true value of both SFMI and GHDC would then be realized. Anyone have any thoughts on this?
