Sounds good to me. It would either have to be a straight up financing, another class of stock like Comstock Mining ( LODE), or even a JV. I love creative financing and I hope SFMI gets an investor that believes in the project but won't take them and us to the dilution cleaners.

Thank you for the corrections. If PQ is going to do interviews he should be consistent because investors IMO are more detail oriented nowadays and may get confused if the information isn't the same when doing DD. What I don't get about SFMI and other public companies is that there seems to be a lack of proof reading when it comes to assay reports, PR's , etc. As for Ed, I don't believe he's picky, I think he has higher expectations of how the company conveys important data to the investor.

Carmine is a tool. I've talked with people he's talked to in the past and I don't think he's legitimate. With all his shares has he been to a SHM or actually been to the property?

I own more SFMI now than I've owned in the past and I'm happy about it.

I still don't understand the reason to own GHDC. No income for at least 9-18 months.
