Thanks for the elaborate explanation that paints the worst, but fails totally to explain why/how the stock ran from $.05 to $.45 in 6 weeks on huge volume. All those big money folks were snookered??? While you give a most synical view, my view is that we have yet to hear explaination from mgt. as to your premise. If a company stock rising 6 fold and the holding 2-3 fold after 3 months...if THAT is making me a fool, then thanks for the privilege!

How the stock trades short term is of no corcern to me. Why are you wasting so much time posting a long negative piece. Do you really feel compelled to save us all? An individual with your view should be elsewhere where the grass is "greener".
