B is correct- it takes a few tries to learn how to post on ihub.

Don't attack posters. Period. Until you learn how to stifle your inclination to tell the poster where to get off, it may be best to post not as a reply, but as a new message. Just cut and past the offending stuff, and refute it. No need to mention the poster at all.

Link to sources whenever you can, and point out how the offending stuff is not substantiated, and how it contradicts the facts.

One other thing- you can report posts as a violation of TOS by clicking in the lower right corner. Only do it if the offending post does violate the TOS, usually by attacking or talking about another poster. Use it judiciously, and don't cry wolf. The bashers do this all the time.
