Their big plan is to do a share roll back and try to re-capitalize with a "higher" share price. Maybe 20-1 rollback will get them some leeway and some room to fall back. This is why they are holding back on the AGM so that they can pose the question in a circular and get approval all at the same time.

I wish them well, from a former share holder who is still watching and hoping.
