I wonder what FINRA would think or actions it would take in knowing someone was attempting to defraud investors by impersonating one of its employees. After all, it is the Financial Institution Regulatory Authority and there must be rules against such fraudulent and misleading practices.

Maybe there is an ALERT we have yet to find.
