Hello, I completely agree, this is crap. I am trying to decide whether or not to sell my shares at a 90% loss. Same old story with this company. Can anyone please tell me if the recent PP has been closed (the one originally announced Feb 7 at $0.20, then repriced at $0.15 as in the Mar 7 news release)? It seems like they sometimes announce when a PP is closed and sometimes do not. Maybe there will be no financing or maybe they will reprice it again (say at $0.05 or maybe $0.000000000001 - crooks). I have not been following the number of outstanding shares.
