I've been saying the same thing for years now.

When a low ball offer comes through management will say it's in the bext interest of shareholders, why wouldn't they? they cash out now and likely stay with the new company and get more options.

Seen it and experienced it more than once. Poet would become a division of another company with big pockets and we get screwed

We need customers for POET products NOW not via DL. Where is the Detector 'platform' that was in 'advanced discussions' almost a year ago???
