Well I would have to say you are wrong on that account 59r. Anyone selling just after the raise was announced probably lost money so if their intention was to time the market and get back in they have done well. If their intention was to get out and stay out then they just plain lost money without the advantage of a greater number of shares held if they are buying back right now.
I think the majority of us here expect that progress will be made in 2017 and the share price will be much higher than it is today. If you don't believe that or can't see that as being a very real probability then you are just wasting your time here by keeping up to date and following the company and the market POET expects to disrupt.
