hi FJ, in my opinion yes.

imo the people involve in the PO here in canada are the same people involved already to the previus one.

no body was excpecting to have the PO done at 0.36, more likely everybody thought around 0.48/0.5( current sp back than) and warrants at 0.75.

investor start to sell around 0.65 / 0.5 to get into the PO, when the price was release they found out that were able to get a lot of more.

now the common sense is sell off the position , claim against the capital gain to get into the PO, and be risk free and money in the bank and keep the warrants risk free.
