Where is the support which was implied by the letter to the shareholders where it was stated "sophisticated institutional investors, which we expect to provide expanded awareness for Poet in the U.S. and other international financial markets."
It has been over two weeks and the stock price has been declining ever since, and never did reach the level of the offering .... .36c.+ warrants @.52c.
We were taken to the cleaners, and now it appears, even those "sophisticated institutional investors", who forced this disastrous financing are losing money. Most often, the financing puts a bottom into the stock price, but in this case, it was such a great shock, that I suspect many worried shareholders imagined the worst, and sold, and continue to sell. So, in that sense, these "sophisticated institutional investors" screwed not only shareholders, but caused so much concern, they screwed themselves as well. Of course, their loss is slight, and if they were real sophisticated, they might already have sold some or part.
Yes, I know, many will say give it time. And hope for a big announcement, just around the corner.
